Through Corporate Coaching these activities will provide valuable insight which drives action and change

Observations and recommendations will include:

·       Team Dynamic

·       Operational efficiencies

·       Dependencies

·       Motivation and engagement

·       Clarity on decision making

·       Transparency in communication

Typically these are full-day sessions at a charge of £250 per person per session, with a minimum of 10 participants and I recommend 1 day per week for 6 weeks.

 

Following this it is likely that there will be some Individual coaching time required and these sessions are charged at £250 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. (12 x 1 hour session)
