Throughout the day, you’ll be supported by an Executive Coach and an specialist in High Performance who will guide key conversations, enhance team engagement, and deepen the learning experience.

 

Their insight will help you uncover how your team truly operates , and identify the areas that matter most for unlocking high performance.

Eight weeks after your sailing experience, we’ll reconnect with your team for a virtual follow-up session. This check-in focuses on lessons learned, actions implemented, and how your team has evolved , ensuring momentum continues and insights translate into lasting change.
