I was very lucky to have the opportunity to work with Matt over the course of a few weeks. This was the first time I had had weekly coaching: monthly had always been the model I’d used before. It was much more intensive and meant we could deal with issues in almost real time. Matt made me stop and think, he gently nudged me towards finding my own answers and I left with a bundle of insights, actions and further thoughts. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for some seriously good coaching.
