"As a Coach Matt has helped me to reflect on my leadership style and identify areas of improvement. He creates a safe yet challenging environment whilst always taking the time t stay current and focused on the specific role and how i can improve. Matt is insightful and able to analysis the key issues by listening to what was being said, as well as what was left unsaid and asking probing question to unlock the conversation. As a result we have worked through areas of change, think through different approached and then focus on clear actions. Matt as my Coach and Mentor has been able to material improve my capabilities in role, i feel more confident in my ability to do anything. The biggest transformation has come from the impact on my team because of the change in my behaviours. I now understand what my personal brand is and how i leverage this with my team and supporting functions. In short Matt has helped me to become a better leader.
