Returns & Refunds Policy
We’re confident that Beneath the Surface is a resource you’ll return to again and again—designed to be reused, revisited, and even recommended to others. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so this policy outlines your rights clearly and fairly.
Change of Mind (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned to us in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets these conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, quality, and intellectual property reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In this case:
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and, if possible, photos.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
UK Delivery
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders of the Beneath the Surface deck. There are no hidden fees, shipping costs are fully included in the purchase price for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered via a trusted postal service. Estimated delivery times are typically within 5 working days, but may vary due to factors beyond our control.
International (Overseas) Delivery
We also ship internationally. For orders placed outside the UK:
A shipping surcharge will apply, calculated based on the destination country.
International shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International delivery times vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
